From April 2025, and for the sixth time in Spain, Europe’s largest ocean film festival begins its journey. For almost two decades, the International Ocean Film Tour exhibits throughout the continent the best films about the world of the seven seas.
An unmissable and inspiring event for the adventurous and enthusiastic public, with unique stories, exciting protagonists and the wildest and deepest corners of the planet.
An environmental outreach festival produced by Moving Adventures GmbH (Germany) and that comes to Spain and the islands by the hand of Kinema Producciones. The objective: to promote the protection, defense and conservation of our oceans.
This new issue is very special because it includes a recently released Spanish production from the Canary Islands: ‘Nika, the pilot whale’. A film by José Hernández Viera, co-directed and starring science popularizer Felipe Ravina. It shows the destruction and collapse that the Canary Islands are suffering through a very exciting and unexplained story.
