Agathe, hopelessly awkward but charming and full of contradictions, is in a desperate state of spinsterhood. Instead, she spends her days selling books at the legendary British bookstore Shakespeare & Co in Paris. When she is invited to the Jane Austen Writers’ Residence in England, Agathe must face her insecurities in order to fulfill her dream of becoming a novelist and finds herself caught in a chaotic love triangle that will make her rethink her love life.
