Baptiste is a brilliant impersonator, but he can’t make a living from his craft. One day he meets Pierre Chozène, a famous writer whose daily life is constantly interrupted by calls from his publisher, his daughter, his ex-wife… Pierre, who needs peace and quiet to write his new novel, suggests Baptiste to become his “answering machine”, impersonating him on the phone… But things get complicated when Baptiste gets too much into character and starts making his own decisions.
